RE Grade 2

Grade 2 Discovery- St. Mary's Press, is an exciting program designed to help children fully engage in the process of discovering and growing in the richness of their Catholic faith, making deep faith a central part of their everyday lives. The Catholic Children's Bible is the core text of this program promoting biblical literacy and knowledge of key Scripture stories throughout Old and New Testament. At the conclusion of this level your child will demonstrate a knowledge of these beliefs and have an understanding of faith appropriate for their age and ability.  The following curriculum guidelines are categorized within the "fundamental task of Catechesis : helping to know, to celebrate and to contemplate the mystery of Christ."
