Are you ready to showcase your unique creations and connect with our vibrant community? Holy Family Church is excited to announce that we are seeking talented craft & bake vendors, and general merchants (toys, household items & decor, clothing, jewelry, and such) for our upcoming event! This is your chance to share your delightful items with fellow parishioners and visitors.
We welcome a variety of crafts, from beautiful handmade jewelry and cozy knitted goods to stunning artwork and delightful home décor. And for our bakers, we invite you to bring your scrumptious treats—cookies, cakes, pastries, and more—to tantalize taste buds!
Fair Hours: 12 – 7 pm Sat. | 8 am – 3 pm Sun.
Vendor Guidelines:
- Please click express registration and complete the registration form if interested.
- NO MLMs (Scentsy, Herbalife, etc.)
- The fee is $35.00 per table per day.
- Full Payment online with credit card is preferred. If paying with cash of check, payment must be received within 48 to 72 Hours following registration confirmation.
- You will be provided 1 (one) table unless you pay for 2 spots. Please be sure to prepare your setup accordingly to the space allotted. Spaces are apx. 8x10 feet and include electricity access, 1-2 chairs and one standard rectangle table. Vendors must provide their own displays, stands, decorations, etc.
- Set-up must be completed before the fair begins: Set-up times are 3pm - 7pm on Friday, Dec. 6th & from 9am - 11am on Saturday, Dec. 7th
- All vendors are asked to donate 1 (one) item for the raffle. All raffle proceeds go to support Holy Family Parish. All raffle items need to be provided by Friday.
- Please do not litter or leave trash behind.
